IzzoCam Support

IzzoCam supports Sign in with Apple and Sign in with Google. Your account is created automatically on first sign-in. Apple Sign-In lets you hide your email for maximum privacy.

1. Sign in to IzzoCam
2. Tap the + button or "Create a Cam"
3. Name your cam and add a description
4. Choose your streaming source (iPhone camera, Wyze, RTMP, or web portal)
5. Share the invite link with friends and family

Tap "Have an Invite Link?" on the welcome screen and paste the invite code or link you received. You'll be added as a viewer automatically.

Open your cam, tap Go Live, and grant camera/microphone permissions. Your iPhone becomes the camera source. Works best on Wi-Fi with the phone plugged in.

1. Go to your cam's settings
2. Select Wyze Camera as the streaming source
3. Enter your Wyze account credentials
4. Select the Wyze camera from your device list
5. The stream starts automatically

Security note: Your Wyze credentials are encrypted with AES-256-GCM using Google Cloud KMS. They are never stored in plaintext and are only decrypted during active streaming sessions.

1. Go to your cam's settings and select RTMP / OBS as the source
2. Copy the RTMP URL and stream key shown
3. In OBS, go to Settings → Stream → Custom, and paste the URL and key
4. Click "Start Streaming" in OBS

This works with any RTMP-compatible software (OBS, Streamlabs, etc.).

The web camera portal lets you stream directly from your computer's webcam via a browser — no software installation needed. Visit izzocam.web.app/camera, sign in, and select your cam to start streaming.

AI commentary is automatically generated every 30 minutes when the stream is active. The system uses a two-stage vision pipeline — it first analyzes the scene for interesting activity, then generates detailed commentary only when something noteworthy is happening. This keeps the feed interesting and avoids repetitive updates.

Yes! Tap "What's happening?" in the app to get an instant AI update on what your pet is doing right now. On-demand requests typically return within 5-10 seconds.

IzzoCam uses multiple AI providers for reliability and quality: Google Gemini for scene analysis, OpenAI GPT-4o for detailed commentary, and Anthropic Claude as a fallback. Only video frame images are sent to these services — no personal information is ever shared with AI providers.

You can customize which notifications you receive in the app's notification settings.

Go to iPhone Settings → IzzoCam → Notifications and enable "Allow Notifications". You can also manage notification preferences within the app.

While watching a live stream, tap the PiP button (two overlapping rectangles) to shrink the video into a floating window. You can continue using other apps while watching your pet. Tap the floating window to return to full screen.

Requirement: Picture-in-Picture requires iOS 16.0+ and must be enabled in iPhone Settings → General → Picture in Picture.

Yes! You can create and manage multiple cams from one account. Each cam has its own streaming source, invite links, and AI commentary feed. Switch between cams using the cam selector in the app.

• Owner: Full control — manage settings, members, streaming source, and delete the cam
• Admin: Can manage members and some settings
• Viewer: Can watch the stream and view commentary

Go to your cam's settings, tap Invite, and share the generated invite link via Messages, email, or any other method. The recipient taps the link and is automatically added.

You can delete your account directly in the app:

1. Open the app and tap your profile icon
2. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account
3. Confirm the deletion

All your data — including cams, commentary, credentials, and preferences — will be permanently removed within 30 days. You can also email us at sandrisesf.io@gmail.com for assistance.

Open your profile, find the cam under "My Cams", and tap Leave. You'll lose access immediately but can rejoin if invited again.

Yes. We take privacy seriously and never sell your personal information. Credentials are encrypted, video frames are deleted after 14 days, and AI providers only receive images — never personal data. Read our full Privacy Policy for details.
